She has become quite the mover-and-shaker on the London scene.  So it was no shock Lindsay Lohan was at the launch of Annabel's new club in the UK capital on Thursday night where Selena Gomez was performing.  The 29-year-old actress nailed low-key glamour in a loose-fitting black shirt, which she tied at the waist with a thick black belt while showing off her legs in spandex leggings.
