18+: Pictures; Luisa Zissman displays her tight abs and toned frame after shaping up in just TEN weeks

She admits to letting herself go during a four week stint in the Celebrity Big Brother compound, but Luisa Zissman is back on form and ready to show off her incredible physique on behalf of Protein World.
The former Apprentice UK finalist set herself a realistic goal as soon as she left the purpose built Hertfordshire house in a bid to shape up  -and the results are hard to deny.
She said: ‘I’ve always taken pride in my figure but it’s amazing what nearly a month of sitting around on a sofa doing no exercise and eating c**p can do.

'I didn’t really realise when I was in the house as it’s all a bit of a bubble but when I came out I suddenly got a hell of a shock.
‘I’ve never been one for crash diets and I wanted to lose the weight properly to make sure it stayed off so I set myself a target of 10 weeks. I also wanted to make sure that I didn’t lose all my shape and muscles!’
With a target to aim for the mother of one began training with former British Olympian Debbie Georgiou, focussing primarily on exercises geared towards strengthening her core with the aid of moves inspired by dance and gymnastics.

But the businesswoman admits she found it difficult to balance her bakery and burgeoning media career with rigorous exercise routines – and even harder to stay away from some of her famous cupcakes.
She added: ‘It’s not easy when you run a cake business to be good all the time but I found smoothies really helped control this urge.
‘I love Protein World’s Slender Blend and found that when I mixed in some of my favourite fruit and veg it was even better than the other stuff on the shelves, even though it’s really healthy’
Away from the gym Luisa admits she’d happily strip off for a centrefold photoshoot – but only if the price is right.

She said: "I quite like Playboy, I think it's a bit of an institution to be honest ... but I don't know if I'd do fully nude. But everyone has a price, so they'd have to come knocking.'
Quizzed on whether half a million pounds would be enough to persuade her, she added: 'Yeah, I'd do it for that.'
Luisa - whose baking company is named after her daughter Dixie - insists that although she got paid a lot for underwear shoots after taking part in Big Brother, her main income still comes from her businesses.

She said: 'You can be a businesswoman who has a brain and if you want to take your clothes off, you can take your clothes off ... sex does sell, but so do cupcakes!'
The 27-year-old reality TV star also claims she's happy that she came second on Lord Alan Sugar's entrepreneurial competition 'The Apprentice', because she was able to remain in control.
Speaking on ITV's This Morning, she said: 'If I had the choice now of winning or coming second in The Apprentice I'd come second.
'To be honest, I never thought I'd win - the deal is £250,000 and 50% of your business and I got a similar amount of money for 24% and I run my businesses how I want to run them.'
