Zooey Deschanel has officially listed her Hollywood Hills home.
The 35-year-old actress put her spacious abode on the market for an asking price of $2.2m, reports Trulia.
Of course, this news doesn't come as too much of a surprise, as the expectant New Girl star and her fiancé Jacob Pechenik, 42, just purchased a new Manhattan Beach house earlier this month.
The fresh space was purchased for a little over $4.5m, which Variety described as a 'quasi-Cape Cod/Colonial-style residence.'
The high-cost pad in the low-key area is a drastic change from Zooey's newly listed home in the Cahuenga Pass area of the swanky Hollywood Hills.
Images of the private property - noted as 2,957 square feet, 3 bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms -capture its country chic essence.

The home is surrounded by plenty of greenery, while images of the inside appear colourful yet cosy - complete with country-inspired furnishings and feminine fabrics.

The residency also boasts coveted features such as a fireplace, private backyard, french doors, and plenty of windows for the sun to shine through.
