The popular Twitter Handle @SeeMeSeeNigeria that shares rare and nostalgic pictures of Nigeria and Nigerians from way back is going a step further to connect with this generation. Best of all, there is a whopping N200, 000 prize money attached. 

@SeeMeSeeNigeria uses social media to curate and share facts, figures & pictures about the Nigeria you rarely see & barely know is holding its 1st social media photo contest tagged, ‘#LocalPlusCool.”

Nigeria is an exciting mix of the contemporary and the indigenous, comfortably existing side-by-side, and instead of amplifying the things that divide us, it is time to celebrate the things that unite us!

The #LocalPlusCool photo contest is a fusion of indigenous and western attire set against the backdrop of any town, city or State. This is the melting pot of fashion, culture, social technology and the urban landscape, and it is intended to bolster the Nigerian experience on digital media.

6.       Indicate the culture/tribe your attire represents.

7.       Individuals can vote once everyday for two weeks!

Rules of Engagement:
