Wearing her highlighted blonde locks carefully styled around her face, the 37-year-old boasted a natural make-up look with nude lips.
But not one to blend into the background, the former glamour model added a bright pink clutch bag and pointed pink heels to complement her printed trousers.
Meanwhile, Kieran also dressed up for the occasion in dark jeans and smart jacket over a white shirt which he wore open at the collar.
The couple have clearly come a long way since Katie almost swore off her third husband after it emerged he had cheated on her with her former friends Jane Poutney and Chrissy Thomas last year
