Khloe Kardashian looked somber as she made her way to the gym in Los Angeles on Tuesday for a morning workout.
The previous day, the 30-year-old had skipped her niece and goddaughter North West's second birthday party at Disneyland, which was attended by Kim, husband Kanye West, Kourtney, Kendall and Kylie.
It seems that Khloe perhaps decided she wasn't feeling up for the bash after the death of her estranged husband Lamar Odom's best friend Jamie Sangouthai from a suspected heroin overdose.

Dailymail.com has contacted Khloe's representative for comment.
The reality star had shared her sadness at the sudden loss of Lamar's friend on Sunday, tweeting: 'When does it stop? RIP Jamie Sangouthai.'
Several hours later she posted a cartoon of a woman crying on her Instagram page, along with the caption: ‘Life doesn't get easier but I promise you that life will make you stronger.’
And while it appears that Khloe wasn't in the mood to party, she remains dedicated to her fitness regime.

She kept a low profile at the gym in huge aviator sunglasses over her make-up free face and a printed bandana, with her blonde hair in a top knot.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star dressed in a black hoodie and leggings, along with yellow and black trainers.
Lamar is yet to comment on the sudden loss of his friend, although he is said to be ‘really shaken’.
A source told Us Weekly: ‘When he found out Jamie died, he was devastated. He feels like it could have happened to him. This is a huge wake-up call for him. It has really shaken him.’
